Where is the event located?
Events are located at several locations throughout the year. See individual event for location, time and address.
What’s included with my registration?
Here is what is included in your registration cost.
➜Your own 6 foot table
➜Internet
➜Creative Memories items on display and to purchase
➜1 Make n Take to try something new
➜Coffee and Water will be provided. Lunch is on your own but there is a full kitchen with refrigerator, etc. Our caterer , Tammy Matthews, will be back offering boxed lunches. More details on that as we get closer.
➜Priceless Girl Time with lots of memories and laughs!
What are the crop hours?
The crop hours are as following:
➜9 am - 7 pm
Are meals included?
Coffee and Water will be provided. Lunch is on your own but there is a full kitchen with refrigerator, etc. Our caterer , Tammy Matthews, will be back offering boxed lunches. More details on that as we get closer.
Will products be available for purchase?
➜ Yes! Creative Memories products will be available onsite for purchase. (All products are first come, first served)

What is the refund policy?
➤Before February 10th: The fee paid will be transferred to a future event in the same year.
➤After February 10th: The fee paid will be forfeited.
What should I bring?
What to Bring:
➤ Completed projects to show off
➤ Earphones 🎧 (for music or videos)
➤ Covered cup ☕
➤ Hand sanitizer
➤ A sweater or jacket (room temp is usually set to between 70-72 degrees)
➤ Smiles and good vibes 😄
Digital Crafters: Don’t forget your extension cord and power strip – WiFi will be available!
Traditional Crafters: You’ll be sharing a table, so please pack light and only bring what fits under your table. Pre-ordering supplies is recommended to ensure availability!

Children and Pet Policy
Are children or pets allowed?
➤ No. This is an adults-only event
➤ No children or pets are permitted
➤ No refunds will be issued if attendees arrive with children or pets
Can I sit next to my friends?
➤ Absolutely! We love when friends crop together. If you'd like to sit with someone specific, just include their name(s) in the notes when you register or send me an email after signing up. I’ll do my best to seat you together—just be sure everyone registers early, as spots fill quickly!
Will there be shared tools or supplies available?
Yes! I’ll be bringing a few essential tools for community use, including:
➤ Paper trimmers
➤ Custom Cutting System
➤ 13x13 cutting mat
➤ A limited selection of Creative Memories punches
Will power be available?
➤ Yes, but bring your own extension cord and power strip
Will Wifi be available?
➤ Yes, wifi will be available free of charge. A code will be provided to you for access.
➤ Note: If you are digital scrapbooker please download any updates or kits you will want to use for the weekend. Large downloads can bog down the system.
What’s the phone policy?
➤ Please set your phone to vibrate
➤ Step outside the crop room to take calls
➤ NO facetiming please in the conference room
Perfumes & Scented Products
➤ Please avoid wearing perfume or using scented products (to be respectful of those with allergies/sensitivities)
Can I promote my business at the event?
➤ No outside business promotion or solicitation allowed during the retreat
